Quinda Feil-Duncan has worked at Baptist Retirement Community for eight years. Her enthusiasm and a desire to influence others to live life to their fullest potential have made Quinda a strong advocate for resident and employee wellness. She is proactive in removing obstacles and an instigator of action and ideas that enable residents and employees to make confident, optimistic, life-enriching choices.
Juanita has been in long –term care for over 15 years. Starting as a state surveyor, inspecting nursing facilities, Juanita wanted to have a more active role in assuring residents at the Elsie Gayer campus received the best quality of care possible. She has a passion for making sure each elder receives the best nursing care possible, in a home-like environment. Along with her assistants our residents receive the attention they need and deserve.
Stan has been part of Baptist Retirement Community for sixteen years. He has worked as charge nurse, home health and hospice nurse, SNF Coordinator and Director of Nursing. Stan enjoys working with the elders, families and staff at Sagecrest and the Green House® homes.
Mary Liz has been with Baptist Retirement Community for eight years. Being able to work with prospective residents and help them and their families feel comfortable with making the decision to move to Baptist Retirement Community is her top priority.
Mary D. Smith has dedicated 15 years to Baptist Retirement Community. Mary continues to use best practices to select only the best employees for the Baptist Retirement Community team thus ensuring a great quality of life for our residents and employees. She is a National Society for Human Resource Management member and currently serves on the local board. Mary believes that human resources is the hub of any organization and enjoys spending time with employees and residents alike.
Aaron Hargett has served with Baptist Retirement Community for three years. Aaron works to develop his team of compassionate professionals to provide care based on individual needs. The objective of the Home Care Services department is to improve quality of life and foster independence for our clients – whether their home is on-campus or off-campus.
