Rotary House of Hope

For many who are facing life-limiting illness, the most ideal place to be is home. Many times, however, their care needs become too great to remain comfortably at home. The Rotary House of Hope team partners with local physicians and hospices to offer an option for those who need extensive care. Patients from area hospitals and hospice programs who need that extra measure of care can receive it at House of Hope.

An experienced team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants individually manage the care of residents in accordance with the wishes of each resident’s hospice team, physician and family. The House of Hope team strives to provide a tranquil environment for all.
